Dr. Gazzara is currently a Program Manager for the "Managing Through People" program with the management-leadership development team at Intel Corporation in Chandler, AZ. Following his doctoral studies, Dr. Gazzara has been a guest speaker on Corporate Mentoring, Coaching, Peer-to-Peer Management, and leadership at the National Work Trends Conference, Fast Company's REAL-Time International conference, and the HR Masters Symposium. He has also developed a 1-day seminar, which was recently delivered at the University of Phoenix, that teaches leadership and vision through music composition http://www.threeoffour.com/page4.html In his spare time he enjoys, computers, teaching, golf, and music (drums) instruction/performance/composition with his jazz trio three-of-four.

Dr. Turner has used her nursing and psychology background to advance effective leadership within the medical and management fields throughout her career. Following her doctoral studies and in the fall of 2003, Dr. Turner accepted the position of Campus College Chair for the University of Phoenix, Little Rock, Arkansas Campus, following a long-held dream. In her spare time she enjoys gourmet cooking, writing, research, and her two cats, Tango and Sam.

Dr. Henderson has been using her comprehensive background in management and as an educator throughout her career to advance managerial leadership effectiveness. Upon finishing her doctoral studies, Dr. Henderson accepted the position as President and CEO of Lost City Records in Scottsdale, Arizona. She continues her university teaching of business management courses to undergraduate and graduate students. In her spare time, Dr. Henderson mentors other students to advance themselves through education. Additionally, she enjoys socializing with her friends at Club Central - every Friday evening from 4:00 until 8:00 you can find her on the dance floor leading the posse in the latest dances. On other occasions she is happiest with her family and loved ones whether it be a social barbecue or a quiet evening with immediate family.

Laura Pogue |

Dr. Pogue presently serves as CEO of Birmingham, Michigan-based Strategic Marketing and Financial Resources, Inc. Results of Dr. Pogue's work were published within the 2002 Society for the Advancement of Management International Business Conference Proceedings. Recently, Dr. Pogue's article "Only the Smart Survive", focusing on the importance of corporate education for US global competitiveness, was published in Crain's Detroit Business. Last month Dr. Pogue earned Certified Information Assurance Professional and Trainer (CIAPT) status from the National Securities Registration Board (NSRB) in order to meet client needs in the areas of HIPPA and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Additionally, Dr. Pogue serves as a doctoral committee member for two doctoral candidates. Dr. Pogue was chosen as one of Detroit's top 50 fittest CEO's and is currently pursuing her private pilot license.
